Setting up Twitter

I just setup my Twitter account. You can follow me at @mhiggins2000. Check out this post for the basics on getting started with Twitter.

1. Create a Twitter account
2. Navigate to your Twitter homepage for something like https://twitter.com/youraccountname
3. You can change your background and update your profile settings
4. You can search and choose people or organizations to follow
5. And you can send tweets
